Bite of Oregon

Next weekend is Bite of Oregon! Bite of Oregon is a three day long culinary festival at the Waterfront in downtown Portland that donates proceeds to the Special Olympics. This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday there will be all kinds of culinary events and lots of incredible food! There's even a Groupon for a weekend pass!


And, if you aren't convinced already, I'm going to be there! The group Women Enjoying Beer is hosting a cook-off called Think Outside the Pint! I'll be throwing it down against my competitor beer-style. I'm going to be making a version of these muffins using a beer they'll be pouring at the event.


So come down and watch me whip up these muffins on stage (gulp), enjoy plenty of craft brews, and eat some incredible food. I'll be there Sunday and we'll be kicking things off at 12:15.
